Kitchen Remodeling in Rochester Hills, MI

Frank, Mike, and the rest of his team did a great job bringing our lower level (family room, laundry room, half bath, and spare bedroom) out of the 1970s and into the present. They did a great job protecting the rest of the house from dust and debris as they brought most of the space down to the studs. I was very involved in the renovation, asking questions and inspecting the work daily. Mike was great, answering my queries and adjusting plans based on my vision. The final result was better than I could have imagined: – Family room: remove popcorn ceiling, wood paneling, and wall-to-wall fireplace; installed built-in cabinets and bookshelves on either side of a refaced fireplace, new carpet, new smart lighting, wall-mounted TV, 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos sound system, with conduit running all the entertainment cables behind the walls. – Laundry room: removed legacy (dangerous) ducting, installed new plumbing, rerouted HVAC, added cabinets, storage shelves, and a hanging bar for drying. New stainless steel sink, cabinet, and full-length counter top over new front-loading washer and dryer. Dryer duct run discreetly. Luxury vinyl plank installed. The efficiency I’ve gotten out of this upgrade alone will pay for the renovation. – Half bath: Entirely replaced everything. This room looked like a warehouse bathroom, complete with four florescent light tubes. New black hexagon tile, toilet, vanity and sink, lighting, and whisper-quiet fan with motion sensors. The total cost of the renovation and all the new appliances and technology we had installed was just under $30k. It was definitely worth it, and Frank and I have already had discussions about having him back to work on the other problem areas of our house.

Frank and his crew did a great job on the flooring, drywall, painting, etc. Communication was great and they did a good job of keeping costs from creeping. They did a good job of keeping the timeline as best as could be given the supply shortages.

Frank and his team did great quality work on our basement! Frank took care of the hiccups expeditiously and he and his team made us feel well taken care of. Frank’s input with design and ideas were very helpful too! We are extremely pleased with our basement and will definitely hire them again for future jobs. Thank you for exceptional service!!

This is the kind of project you never want to have to do. We had water damage to our bathroom wall because our wood/stucco siding failed. I didn’t even hesitate to call Frank. He gave me fair quotes to do the job well (vinyl siding) or for life (Hardy board). We worked with Mike to settle on the vision for the exterior, and then AJ and the crew transformed our exterior. I’m very, very happy with the results, and I’ve gotten lots of compliments from neighbors. Frank’s crews are the best, and I’ve got a list of things around the house that I’ll be calling US-Tech to help me tackle over the next few years.

The US-TECH INC. BUILDERS Team did excellent work, with rebuilding my home garage. No upkeep was given to my 2-car garage for decades, and the wear-and-tear was definitely showing. A couple of companies wanted to charge me for a full tear down and new build. US TECH came thru, reviewed the damaged areas, and then estimated to replace and rebuild those problem areas, to have the entire garage looking like a new build. From roofing, to rotted wood tear out and replace, to floor leveling, and finally a new 2-car garage door and garage entry door. Professional and Personable Team (Thanks Frank, Alan, Mike….) Frank and his crew (Mike, AJ, Danny and Jovan) did awesome work at our home. During the construction process, we asked many questions and they were always willing to take the time to answer and address them all. If we didn’t like the way something looked, or had an issue, they would listen and make the changes until we were satisfied. In addition to the awesome work and communication, they would always take the time to share some love with our dog. If we asked, they would even let her out for us when we would have a long day at work. We are very happy we chose US-Tech Builders to complete our renovation. We loved the guys and the work they did and we have received nothing but awesome feedback from those who have come to the house and saw it. Highly recommend!

Frank and his team did an awesome job of remodeling our rehab project in Shelby Township. The property was recently listed on the market and we have received rave reviews on the work and craftsmanship of the remodel. I was very pleased with all faucets of the project as he kept me apprised of all details from the beginning to the end. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I am very pleased with the results. Could not have been more pleased! Frank and his associate Mike made it possible – in a VERY short amount of time from my 1st contact to DONE – to have the steps removed AND salvageable for reinstallation after the floor is complete! The bonus is Mike and Frank both have a good idea about the next phase of our plan to rework that entryway and have given us tremendous confidence we can actually get it done soon!
